This is an ultimatum to all members of Shadows Enterprises… I am 
resending the new departments list one final time, those of you who do 
not respond within two weeks of Friday, August 8, will no longer be 
considered members, you will have to re-complete the joining process. If 
you want to remain a member then you must choose a new department. If 
you've already told me what department you want, then ignore this 
e-mail. One more thing... anything sent through ICQ will be disregarded, 
in order to keep a clear record of things, I will only accept e-mail 
responses. 

These are the new divisions and their descriptions, please choose which 
you would like to server under... Note: Since we will be changing to 
Shadows Enterprises, these will be known as departments, not as 
divisions.

Programming
Head: Dark Ork
This is for experienced programmers only, you must already be able to 
program and whatever you write as freeware will be distributed as 
Shadows Enterprises Software, if you choose to try and sell your 
software, you have the choice of making it SE Software or not. This 
department is currently on hold until we get enough programmers.
Preferred programming language: Visual C++, Visual Basic

Arts and Music
Head: Skie
This for those of you who have artistic talent. Arts is not limited to 
drawings and pictures, it includes writing and other fine arts. Music 
includes both modern and classical. Art will include both computer 
generated, and paper and pencil art that you've scanned. submissions 
will be accepted from all members, but Arts and Music department will be 
in charge of organizing it.

CyberSpace
Head: Megabyte
This is the department that will help keep the site functional, graphics 
new and creative, and advertising the site. This is open to new members 
only in the graphics and advertising sections, Megabyte is our webmaster 
and is handling the HTML quite well, so do not ask to assist him with 
the HTML. You must already be able to create graphics to join this 
division to create graphics, and you must be recommended into it by 
Shadow, to join, send samples of your work to Shadow@Biosys.Net

Personnel
Head: Yoda
This is the department in charge of getting new people to join, and 
maintaining the member records, which include Name, E-mail, Homepages, 
ICQ UIN, department, division, and position. If you choose to join in 
maintaining, you must have Microsoft Access in order to work with the 
database.

Information
Head: Shadow
This department is in charge of coming up with information for the site. 
This includes writing texts as well as just pulling them off other 
people's sites. The information the you both create can be H/P/A/V/C 
related and other things that hold with the general principle (see index 
page) of SE, keep in mind that the general principle of SE now includes 
programming.
