To all members of Shadows Enterprises:

Here’s the deal, a number of you have noticed that we’re not really 
doing anything, well that’s because the majority of us live many miles 
apart. I want this proposal voted on by all members of SE, so here it 
is.
I want to get each of you to set up a local chapter in your area with 
people you know, over which you will have limited control. In the event 
that their is more than one member in an area, then the member in that 
area who joined first will be the head. What I want is groups that can 
actually meet on a regular basis and do something. 
This idea has been forming for sometime now, but since it’s getting 
close to the school year (in some cases it’s already started), I figured 
I’d put the idea out now. Start looking for people you know are good 
with computers, they don’t have to be hackers, in fact I’d prefer if 
they weren’t. Remember, Shadows Enterprises is not an organization of 
hackers, we’re peaceful, and we won’t "kick anyone’s ass."
If you’re prepared to set up these local chapters, then please let me 
know. If you don’t like the idea, then tell me that. Remember, for the 
most part all of you will be in control of your local chapter.
