To All Members Of Shadows Enterprises:

The meeting on 12-31-97 has been changed to 1-2-98 due to the holidays, 
please note the time change as well. If you do not attend you will be 
removed from the organization. We will be discussing a number important 
issues dealing with the organization.

This will be an organized meeting... speak only when spoken to, to ask a 
question, type "???" and WAIT TO BE CALLED ON. To provide your input on 
a topic, type "!!!" and again, WAIT TO BE CALLED ON. The ops for the 
channel will be myself and Megabyte, and you will be kicked from the 
channel if you do not follow these rules. Please be prompt to this

Points that will be brought up at the meeting:
1. Member involvement
2. Departments (We need more specific ones, where people actually do 
something)
3. Another group called "The Black Lair" wants to join up with us, I 
want to discuss this
4. Local Chapters (So we can actually do something)
5. Restricted Section: is there a point to it?
6. Relocating the web page
7. The floor will be open to any intelligent suggestions
