Well, here it is. It all seems so familiar doesn't it? Make me one 
promise, will you? If a couple months from now I try to start another 
one of these damn organizations, hunt me down and kill me, okay?
Just delete all the old shit and put this up in place of our website, 
format it nice and neat if you want, but I don't really care. Add 
something about your files archive if you want, I'll be sending this out 
to the few members who actually showed up the other night.

To all members of Shadows Enterprises,

The time has come for this organization to become no more. Although 
active for less than a year, I feel that the current situation call for 
it to be disbanded. Those of you who showed up for the meeting on 
January 3rd know that we have next to zero member involvemtn. Although a 
number of good ideas were presented, I find it hard to believe that 
anything will keep this organization alive so I'm just going to kill it. 
I encourage you all to seek out and join other underground groups, or 
for those of you daring, or stupid, enough: form your own. As for 
myself, it's time I left the underground. You may see a few philes on my 
site from time to time, but don't expect a huge file archive. This is my 
final decision, I won't change my mind, and I won't let someone else 
take control of it. As of 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, January 5, 1998, 
Shadows Enterprises is officially no more.
